POWER SQUADS are groups of professionals with similar responsibilities and concerns but from different companies. These groups are an opportunity to brainstorm, share new ideas, and learn from others in a confidential setting. Our groups typically meet for an hour a week virtually. Every Squad member has a choice whether to be anonymous or not, however, we do not put industry competitors within the same group. HR Professionals and Business Leaders/Owners find these Squads to be productive and enjoyable.
